Each branch operates under CREATE LIFE STUDIO and is governed by these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Product Orders
Orders for physical products (e.g., SNOW apparel) are placed directly through our website via the online checkout process. Pre-orders may be offered for limited releases and will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

2.2 Service Orders
Orders for digital services (e.g., GOAT and PERPLEX projects) must be placed and paid for in full prior to commencement of work. Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you to confirm project details and timelines.

2.3 Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

2.4 Payment Methods

3. Pre-Orders

3.1 Eligibility and Payment
Pre-orders require full payment at the time of ordering. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet available for dispatch and accept the estimated shipping date provided.

3.2 Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before the stated cancellation deadline displayed on the product page. After this date, cancellations are no longer accepted as production or fulfilment may have begun.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Physical Products (SNOW and AURELIUS)

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5.2 Digital Services (GOAT and PERPLEX)

  • Due to the nature of digital and creative services, no refunds are available once work has commenced or been delivered.

  • Refunds may only be considered if the service has not yet begun and no preparatory work has been undertaken.

  • Revisions or adjustments are handled in accordance with the scope of work agreed prior to payment.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Website and Brand Content
All content, designs, trademarks, and materials displayed on this website—including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, and product concepts—are the property of CREATE LIFE STUDIO or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of these materials without our prior written consent.

6.2 Paid Digital Services (GOAT and PERPLEX – Design Commissions)
For paid digital or creative services, intellectual property rights in the final deliverables are transferred to the customer upon full payment unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. CREATE LIFE STUDIO retains rights to showcase work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.

6.3 Free Desk (PERPLEX)
For the Free Desk service offered under PERPLEX, all intellectual property in submitted ideas, designs, or materials remains the sole property of the customer. CREATE LIFE STUDIO does not claim ownership or rights over any concepts, inventions, or creative work shared through this service. By participating, you grant us limited permission to view, discuss, or provide feedback solely for the purpose of offering assistance.

6.4 Product Innovations (AURELIUS)
Any product or prototype developed through the AURELIUS branch is subject to individual agreements governing intellectual property, ownership, and licensing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CREATE LIFE STUDIO retains all IP rights over its proprietary designs, concepts, and innovations.
